our pet pantry program
Imagine having to choose between providing for your family or providing for you pet. What if you could make a difference in the lives of families and family pets everywhere?
Every year hundreds if not thousands of pets in Michigan end-up in shelters simply because their owner's cannot afford to feed their pets. New Beginnings Animal Rescue (NBAR) has been helping the lives, and filling the tummies, of hundreds of pets all over Oakland County and beyond.
You are welcome to drop-off a bag of cat and/or dog food (opened bags are totally fine). We will also accept any cat products and basic cleaning supplies to be used for our rescue as well. New Beginnings Animal Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit; all your gifts are tax deductible.
Can't decide what to get, or live too far away, click our PayPal button and make a monetary donation:

pantry membership
Our pantry supplies should supplement your monthly supply of pet food and not be the sole source of food for pets; you should expect to purchase food for your pets in addition to receiving food to meet their nutritional needs. If you are in need of help from our pantry, please visit our pantry during our hours of operation: 12-2P every Sunday, except on holiday/holiday weekends. Volunteers will be there to assist members. All new and returning members are eligible to receive food once a month, or as directed by pantry volunteers. Our pet pantry is located at our Adoption Center 2502 Rochester Rd, Royal Oak MI 48073.
